Refund Policy

1. Payment Processing
All payments for PagePress are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. Billing and payment inquiries are handled through Lemon Squeezy customer support.
2. Subscription Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time.
- After cancellation, you may continue using the service until the end of your current billing period.
- Auto-renewal stops from the next billing cycle after cancellation.
- Cancellation can be done from the settings page or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal.
3. Refund Policy
- First subscription payment: You may request a refund within 14 days of payment. Refunds may be limited if 5 or more credits have been used.
- Subscription renewal: Refund requests within 48 hours of the renewal date will be reviewed and processed.
- Credit packs (one-time purchase): A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used. Used credits are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Credits used for AI post generation are non-refundable.
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds.
- Refund requests made after active use of the service may be declined.
5. Service Failure Refunds
In the event of a service failure caused by us (AI generation errors, publish failures, etc.), consumed credits will be restored or refunded. Please contact us at sicut.arinaru@gmail.com if you experience such issues.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at sicut.arinaru@gmail.com. Please include your Google account email, payment date, and reason for the refund to help us process it quickly.
7. Policy Changes
This refund policy may be updated as needed. Changes will be announced via an in-service notice. For significant changes, we will notify you in advance by email.
