1. Credit System Overview · 크레딧 시스템 개요

PagePress uses a credit-based system for AI-powered features. Credits are a prepaid virtual currency used within the PagePress platform and have no monetary value outside of the service.

PagePress는 AI 기능 사용을 위해 크레딧 기반 시스템을 운영합니다. 크레딧은 PagePress 플랫폼 내에서만 사용 가능한 선불 가상 화폐이며, 서비스 외부에서는 금전적 가치를 지니지 않습니다.

2. How to Earn Credits · 크레딧 획득 방법

Free credits are granted at the sole discretion of Arinaru and may be modified or discontinued at any time. · 무료 크레딧은 Arinaru의 단독 재량으로 지급되며 사전 고지 후 변경 또는 중단될 수 있습니다.

3. Credit Pack Purchases · 크레딧 팩 구매

• All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. · 모든 결제는 Lemon Squeezy가 판매자로서 처리합니다.
• Prices are displayed in USD. Korean users are charged in KRW at the exchange rate applied at the time of purchase. · 가격은 USD로 표시되며, 한국 사용자는 결제 시점 환율로 KRW 청구됩니다.
• All prices include applicable taxes. · 모든 가격은 부가세가 포함된 금액입니다.

4. Credit Usage · 크레딧 소비 기준

Credits are deducted before the AI task begins. If a task fails due to a service error, credits will be automatically restored. · 크레딧은 AI 작업 시작 전 선차감됩니다. 서비스 오류로 작업이 실패한 경우 크레딧은 자동 복구됩니다.

5. Credit Expiry · 크레딧 만료

• Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active. · 구매한 크레딧은 계정이 활성 상태인 한 만료되지 않습니다.
• Free/bonus credits may expire after 365 days from the date of grant. · 무료·보너스 크레딧은 지급일로부터 365일 후 만료될 수 있습니다.
• Credits are forfeited upon account deletion. · 계정 삭제 시 잔여 크레딧은 소멸됩니다.

6. Refund Policy · 환불 정책

• Unused credit packs: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase if no credits from the pack have been used. · 미사용 크레딧 팩: 구매일로부터 7일 이내이며 해당 팩에서 크레딧을 전혀 사용하지 않은 경우 전액 환불이 가능합니다.
• Used credits: Credits consumed for AI generation are non-refundable, except in cases of verified service failure caused by PagePress. · 사용된 크레딧: AI 생성에 소비된 크레딧은 환불되지 않습니다. 단, PagePress의 서비스 오류로 확인된 경우는 예외입니다.
• Service failure: If an AI task fails due to our error, the deducted credits will be restored within 24 hours or a manual refund will be processed upon request. · 서비스 장애: PagePress 오류로 AI 작업이 실패한 경우 24시간 이내 크레딧이 자동 복구되거나, 요청 시 수동 환불 처리됩니다.

7. Rights of Korean Consumers · 한국 소비자 권리

한국 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률(이하 "전자상거래법")에 따라 다음 권리가 보장됩니다.

• 디지털 콘텐츠(크레딧 팩)의 경우 구매 후 7일 이내 청약 철회가 가능합니다. 단, 「전자상거래법」 제17조에 따라 디지털 콘텐츠의 제공이 개시된 경우 (크레딧 1개 이상 사용) 청약 철회권이 제한될 수 있습니다.
• 결제 관련 분쟁은 한국소비자원(www.kca.go.kr) 또는 공정거래위원회에 신고하실 수 있습니다.
• 통신판매업 신고: Arinaru (사업자 정보는 이용약관 참조)
• 부가가치세(VAT) 10%가 포함된 금액으로 청구됩니다.

8. International Users · 국제 사용자

• EU/EEA users may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
• Payment processing and merchant-of-record responsibilities are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which maintains compliance with international payment regulations including GDPR, PSD2, and local tax obligations.
• For disputes, users may contact their local consumer protection authority in addition to our support channel.

9. Changes to This Policy · 정책 변경

We may update this policy at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-service notice at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of credits after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. · 본 정책은 언제든지 변경될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경사항은 시행 최소 7일 전 서비스 내 공지를 통해 안내됩니다. 변경 후 크레딧을 계속 사용하면 새 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
